Please Note:

• Minor modification - R250 if we only move doors and windows around without affecting the structure (moving walls)
• Basic Modification - R2500 adding or removing rooms (limited to 2 rooms)
• Major - Modification - R4500 adding or removing rooms (limited to 5) but not changing the Design
• Extreme Modification - R6500 adding or removing rooms (unlimited) can convert the single storey to double
