Municipal Preparation - We modify the plan to comply with local municipality regulations at extra Fee of R20,000.00, ensuring they meet all necessary standards for a hassle-free approval process. If outside South Africa please check if your country allows foreign architects to prepare plans for submission. NB: the runner services (going on your behalf to submit) are not included: Both Modification and Editable files are included in this package.

Estate Preparation - We modify the plan to comply with both local municipality and HOA regulations at extra Fee of R30,000.00, ensuring they meet all necessary standards for a hassle-free approval process.   • Major Modification - Adding or removing rooms (limited to 5) but not changing the design, at an extra Fee of R4,500.00.
  • Extreme Modification - Adding or removing rooms (unlimited) can convert the single storey to double storey, at an extra Fee of R7,000.00.
