Very professional with their services. I engaged with Benj Modimoeng over the holidays and was always quick to respond. I bought my plans on discounted price, the service was remarkable nonetheless. If outside South Africa please check if your country allows foreign architects to prepare plans for submission.   • Basic Modification - Adding or removing rooms (limited to 2 rooms) at an extra Fee of R3,000.00.
  • Major Modification - Adding or removing rooms (limited to 5) but not changing the design, at an extra Fee of R4,500.00.
  • Extreme Modification - Adding or removing rooms (unlimited) can convert the single storey to double storey, at an extra Fee of R7,000.00.
